But when a young warrior named Adam Warlock Will Poulter comes and critically injures Rocket, Peter — who is still mourning the loss of Gamora, played by Zoe Saldana — has to corral his team together once more to save him. But in doing so, they need to defend the universe from a geneticist called the High Evolutionary, who has hopes for creating a perfect utopia of species ... which included bringing Rocket to life.
